Appointments

Due to professional licensure laws, all virtual services—including consultations, feedback sessions, and therapy—must be conducted while you are physically located within North Carolina. If you are not in the state at the time of your appointment, we are legally required to reschedule, and a missed session fee will apply. 

Please confirm your location with our staff when scheduling. (Note: While these supportive services are often virtual, all diagnostic testing is typically conducted in person at our Charlotte office.)
